Given the differing locales and amount of features & amenities each living community provided, I treated each individual script as a clean slate, taking care not to repeat too many phrases over and over. After all, granite countertops and unlimited gym access is great in a vacuum, but they aren’t the best selling points if every other rental complex in town is also touting them.

I penned over one-hundred scripts in total, running the full gamut from bare bones efficiencies to luxurious townhomes in every corner of the United States. A few can be found below, with more available to peruse at ForRent.com’s Youtube channel.
